Responsibilities:
- To Create SAP masters for Employee IDs.
- Maintain and update employee masters including mobility, compensation changes, and promotions.
- To process employee claims for both travel and non-travel on a daily basis.
- Always accurate accounting of travel advance disbursements.
- To resolve employee queries through Smart Service Desk, telephone, and email.
- Validate the payroll inputs before they flow into SAP for payroll processing.
