Tata Steel Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
  • Graduated and final year student of B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. including Civil & Structural, Ceramic, Chemical, Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Power Electronics, Environment Engineering, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Mineral, Mining, Beneficiation Engg, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, and Geoinformatics.
  • Candidates who completed or are final year students of M.Tech/M.Sc. in Geology, Geophysics, and Remote Sensing are also eligible.
  • Three-year diploma holders who directly joined the 2nd year of BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. are also eligible.
  • Must have attended a full-time AICTE/UGC-approved campus program.
  • For General Candidates: Minimum score of 6.5 (CGPA) or 65% (percentage) in BE/B.Tech/B.Sc./M.Tech/M.Sc. exam.
  • For Transgender, PwD, SC/ST Candidates: Minimum score of 6.0 (CGPA) or 60% (percentage) in BE/B.Tech/B.Sc./M.Tech/M.Sc. exam.
  • The age limit for general Candidates should not be more than 30 years as of 1st June 2023.
Emoluments:

During the 1-year training period, you will receive a stipend of ₹30,000 per month. After successful completion of training, you will be appointed as Assistant Managers on Fixed Term Employment. You will receive a CTC of INR 7 lacs per annum along with other perks and benefits as per company policy.
