Wipro Work Integrated Learning Program(WILP) 2023

Recently, Wipro announced its hiring plans for B.Sc and BCA graduate students. They will hire from the batch of 2021 to 2023 under Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) 2023. They will also provide the opportunity for the students for pursuing M.Tech degrees. It will be fully sponsored by Wipro. Eligibility Criteria:

• 10th Standard: Pass
• 12th Standard: Pass
• Graduation: 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above as per University guidelines
• Year of Passing: 2021, 2022, or 2023

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, or Physics

Other Important Criteria:

• Open school or distance education will be allowed only for 10th and 12th standard.
• One backlog is allowed at the time of the online assessment.
• The backlog should be cleared before onboarding.
• There should be Core Mathematics as one of the subjects during graduation.
• A maximum of 3 years of education gap will be allowed between the 10th standard and the start of the graduation course.
• There should not be any gaps during the graduation period.
• Graduation should be completed within 3 years.
• Candidates should be Indian citizens or hold a PIO or OCI card.
• The Minimum age requirement will be 18 years at the time of registration.

Selection Process:

The selection process for Wipro WILP 2023 consists of two rounds:

Round 1 - Online Assessment:
The online assessment is divided into four sections and has a total duration of 80 minutes:

• Verbal: 20 minutes - 20 questions
• Analytical: 20 minutes - 20 questions
• Quantitative: 20 minutes - 20 questions
• Written Communication Test: 20 minutes

Round 2 - Business Discussion:

• Candidates who clear the online assessment will proceed to the business discussion round.

Service Agreement:

Selected candidates will be required to sign a service agreement for a duration of 60 months.

Salary and Stipend Details:

During the Wipro WILP program, candidates will receive a monthly stipend and additional bonuses. The salary break-up is as follows:

• 1st year STIPEND: INR 15,000 + 488 (ESI)
• 2nd year STIPEND: INR 17,000 + 553 (ESI)
• 3rd year STIPEND: INR 19,000 + 618 (ESI)
• Fourth Year: INR 23,000

Additional Bonus: Candidates will receive a joining bonus of INR 75,000.
